Support Our Patients with Transportation Services

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to transport patients between their homes and our Hospice, enabling them to access vital services such as creative therapy activities, wellbeing, and specialist appointments.

This role involves using your own vehicle to provide transportation to patients who are more independently mobile, ensuring they can access the support they need. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport patients between their homes and the Hospice
  • Provide a safe and comfortable transportation experience
  • Support patients with mobility needs

Requirements:

  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion and empathy for patients with varying needs
