We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK - Bases. As a key member of our transport team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and respectful transportation of patients to various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from healthcare settings, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (paid for by the company).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude.
