We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK - Leeds Base. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in patient transport and mental health care.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (paid for by the company)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture
