Children's System Trainer

Achieving for Children is seeking a highly skilled Children's System Trainer to lead the development of our training strategy and needs analysis for the new case management system. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in making the delivery of our new system a success.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have a deep understanding of procedures and practices relevant to children's services, as well as experience in delivering Training Needs Analysis and developing comprehensive training plans. You will be responsible for developing high-quality training materials, conducting training effectiveness analysis, and advising on the use of various training methods.
