We are working with a large distribution business based in Grimsby, who are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk on a minimum 2-3 month basis, to join their busy, supportive accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:- Scanning, coding & processing of purchase invoices (including multi-currency)
- Ensure invoices are sent out for approval
- Liaising with Suppliers to resolve invoice queries
- Organise credit notes when required
- Preparing twice monthly payment runs
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assisting with various other accounts duties as required
- Solid experience of purchase ledger
- Adaptable attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proactive approach, team player with strong interpersonal skills
