General Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our Plymouth gym and drive business growth. As a seasoned leader with a passion for customer service, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
The Role:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Oversee the operational excellence of the gym, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of management experience in the leisure industry, with a focus on customer service and commercial growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Level 2 Gym Instructor.
- Experience in driving sales and marketing initiatives, with a focus on local engagement.
