Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Training Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and leading improvements to all SHEQ, Training, and Manufacturing Excellence processes.

The Role:

As a SHEQT Manager, you will be responsible for a plant that is a top-tier COMAH facility with a range of operations and engineering specialisms. You will have access to the Site SHEQT department, but this is a standalone role and a site-based position.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the execution of the client SHE policy and standards, including preparing for and leading the TAR SHE Management process.
  2. Act as the expert for Q&E management systems, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance.
  3. Develop and implement a training and development plan across the client.

Requirements:

  1. Occupational SHE professional with significant operational experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
  2. Understanding of process and shift operations.
  3. Able to develop and deliver a learning and development strategy in an operational context.
  4. Skilled in a range of management styles with an emphasis on coaching.
