Gratte Brothers Building Services & Engineering (GBBS&E) is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead a data centre project in Slough. The role is site-based, requiring 5 days of work per week, with occasional travel to our Head Office in King's Cross, London.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of £40m+ projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and programme. You will also oversee the GBBS&E project team, including engineers and site operatives, as well as manage relationships with clients, principle contractors, and other trade contractors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Deliver working drawings and delegate tasks to team members.
- Programme and update the client on project progress.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of project management experience.
- Confident communication and leadership skills.
- Approachable and proactive attitude.
- Understanding of contract law and a drive for delivering high-quality results.
