Practice Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Blackfox Solutions. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our medical practice in Co. Derry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Partners and Administration
  • People Management/HR
  • Patient Services
  • Financial Management
  • IT and Database Systems
  • Clinical Governance, Performance & Quality Management
  • Health & Services
  • General Facilities Management

We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a people management capacity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an ability to develop teams, and high standards of confidentiality.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to develop teams
  • High standards and understanding of confidentiality
  • Experience of managing finances and budgets
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Full Driving Licence with access to own car
