Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Mattel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our toy brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative agencies, to ensure effective brand activation and execution.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Mattel remains competitive in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and marketing strategy.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing brand awareness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
