Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Mattel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of marketing strategies across our key toy categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales, revenue, and market share growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective brand activation and execution
  • Manage local A&P budget and monitor business results to measure the effectiveness of plans and initiatives
  • Partner with Regional Brand Marketing and Communication teams to drive sales, revenue, and market share growth
  • Contribute to driving customer engagement through presentations of product lines, brand plans, and ad-hoc presentations to local Sales teams and key local customers

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or equivalent experience
  • Strong and proven experience and results in Marketing, Customer Marketing roles in Toys, FMCG or licensed consumer goods, Apparel or the Health and Beauty industry
  • Build strong and effective relationships with a large number of stakeholders
  • Strong competitive Spirit, results oriented, with a clear desire to succeed
  • Great tactical skills, ability to react quickly to changing situations
  • Confidently able to work on own initiative and action oriented
  • Strategic thinking ability and able to demonstrate creativity through the proposal of new business opportunities
  • Collaborative partner to internal and external customers
  • Ability to work on a wide variety of projects within deadlines
  • Skilled in selling and influencing
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
  • Previous people management experience (would be desirable)
