We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team at Upstream Solutions Group. As an Accounts Assistant - Financial Operations, you will provide critical support to our Finance Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities- Financial Transaction Processing: Process invoices, manage credit control, conduct VAT reviews, and maintain cash books and cash postings.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including accounts preparation and sales invoice management.
- Administrative Support: Update and maintain procedural documentation, liaise with internal colleagues, and provide reception cover as needed.
- Financial Projects: Assist with ad-hoc financial projects, including the development and maintenance of office systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, with a high level of accuracy and analytical approach.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
