Marketing Assistant - Content Creation

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team at Resource Group. The successful candidate will provide support in delivering all aspects of marketing to our business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including copy and creatives, to drive audience engagement.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Executive to manage social media accounts and monitor competitors.
  • Produce high-quality blog posts for our websites, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Action marketing administration requests and responsibilities.
  • Support the team with planning, creating, and implementing email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to assist with marketing campaigns and stay up-to-date with industry news.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and ensure tone, language, and creative are always appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Secondary education - A-C in English Language and English Literature - GCSE or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of social media and content creation.
  • Exceptional writing ability.
  • Interest in market research.
  • Strong design skills using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Canva.
  • Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience writing social media posts, blogs, website copy, and reports.
  • WordPress knowledge and experience would be beneficial.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
