Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Project Coordinator. In this capacity, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing initiatives that empower parents, caregivers, infants, children, and adolescents to engage with services available through family hub locations and the broader community service network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective administration and adherence to the project management lifecycle.
  • Collaborate across various organizations and teams, effectively managing a diverse workload and prioritizing competing tasks.
  • Formulate and enhance organizational or project policies and tools to improve service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present both written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, establishing systems for performance management, quality assurance, and evaluation.
  • Possess a solid understanding of health and social care frameworks.
  • Exhibit excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Showcase good interpersonal abilities.
  • Exhibit a proven capacity for self-organization.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills, effectively handling multiple deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently to manage a varied and demanding workload.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail.
