Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Project Coordinator. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and management of projects aimed at empowering parents, caregivers, infants, children, and youth to utilize services across family hub locations and the broader network of community resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project coordination, administrative tasks, and the complete project management cycle.
  • Collaborate effectively across various organizations and teams while managing a diverse workload and prioritizing competing demands.
  • Formulate and enhance organizational or project policies and tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver both written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences.

Qualifications
