Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Total Facilities Manager to join our team at a global leading Facilities Management provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the client's facilities, ensuring that all services are running efficiently and meeting the SFG-20 standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the client's facilities, including cleaning, catering, and hard technical facilities.
- Work closely with the client to ensure that all services are running efficiently and meeting the client's expectations.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and Projects Manager to ensure effective communication between the company and the client.
- Play a key role in maintaining and managing the client relationship, providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond daily duties.
- Report directly to the EMEA Account Lead/Director and work closely with Global colleagues to support the client.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working as a Total Facilities Manager.
- Strong understanding of FM and ability to communicate effectively with the client.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the client and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

- A competitive basic salary between £55,000 - £65,000, with a dependent annual bonus.
- Car allowance or company vehicle.
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, paternity/maternity pay, and sick pay.
