Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Total Facilities Manager to join our team at Boden Group, a global leading Facilities Management provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our client's facilities, ensuring that all services are running efficiently and meeting the SFG-20 standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the client's facilities, including cleaning, catering, and hard technical facilities.
- Work closely with the client to ensure that all services are running efficiently and meeting the SFG-20 standards.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and Projects Manager to ensure effective communication between the company and the client.
- Maintain and manage the client relationship, providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond daily duties.
- Report directly to the EMEA Account Lead/Director and work closely with Global colleagues to support the client.
- Minimum of 2+ years experience working as a Total Facilities Manager or Contract/Account Manager.
- Strong understanding of FM and ability to work independently.
- Technical background not required, but Mechanical or Electrical background beneficial.
- Industry leading training, development, and career progression opportunities.
- Basic salary between £55,000 - £65,000, plus Annual Bonus (dependent on P/L).
- Car Allowance or company vehicle.
- 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Paternity/Maternity Pay + Sick Pay.
- 5% Company Pension Scheme.
