Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the L&D and inclusion strategies for Whitbread, including the creation of key development programmes for high-performing leaders across both Support Centre and multi-site operations.
  • Create a development framework to improve the capability of all Support Centre employees and lead the inclusion action plan to support diversity targets and culture of inclusion.
  • Lead a team of L&D and D&I experts and manage external partnerships to deliver exceptional learning and build upon our reputation as an inclusive employer.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience as an L&D leader in a large-scale, customer-facing organisation.
  • Experience of developing L&D strategy, communicating and influencing up to and including Board level.
  • Expert knowledge and experience of management and leadership development programmes and behavioural frameworks.
