About the Role

**Job Summary:**

Taylor Root Dusseldorf is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Counsel with Litigation expertise to join our team. As a key member of our global legal team, you will provide comprehensive legal support to our business, with a focus on our French operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide wide-ranging legal support across the business, encompassing commercial, corporate, employment, and litigation-related matters.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, HR, external clients, in-house counsel, outside professionals, and service providers to support all commercial functions.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide accurate and timely legal advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Requirements
  • UK or French qualified lawyer (or Commonwealth equivalent) with circa 5 years of experience, gained in a top-tier firm and/or in-house.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong academics and understanding of commercial contracts and business/project management.
