Estimator for Engineering Maintenance Services
This position is integral to the Service Centre team, focusing on technical estimation and the preparation of quotations. The organization specializes in the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of pumps and related machinery.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Managing initial customer inquiries for quotes, assessing technical and commercial specifications, and identifying any critical areas of focus.
- Promptly generating inquiries within the system (Salesforce).
- Communicating with customer representatives regarding their inquiries.
- Securing pricing from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary.
- Creating comprehensive, technical estimates that include structured work scopes, budgeted hours, and direct costs, in line with local Delegation of Authority.
- Developing detailed commercial quotation documents.
- Daily interaction with customers and Area Sales Engineers.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for two days of remote work each week, within a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
