We are committed to creating a prosperous society and are passionate about making a difference. Our UK Estimating team is thriving, and we are now looking for talented Associate Director-level Estimating professionals to work on exciting projects and support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Production
    • Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects and programs
    • Develop and promote estimating good practice within Turner & Townsend Group
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead or manage the production of estimates and cost plans
    • Play a leading role in achieving departmental objectives
    • Staying abreast of developments within own technical area of expertise
  • Business Development
    • Work with Directors to construct bids for new work
    • Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients
    • Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities
  • Team Management
    • Provide direction to staff working for you and with you on specific tasks
    • Act as a role model for less experienced staff
    • Take responsibility for staff management and knowledge management
    Requirements
    • Qualified to a high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experience
    • Previous experience of working with estimating software packages
    • Desirable membership of RICS / CIOB / A. Cost E
    • Experience of working on Major Programs and Projects
    • Experience of working in the Infrastructure sector
    • Experience in leading and managing teams
