Role Overview

As a Brand Advocate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding service to our clientele by sharing in-depth product insights, crafting memorable shopping experiences, and effectively addressing any concerns that may arise.
  • Inspiring and energizing fellow team members in your section by disseminating your brand knowledge, narrating stories of new arrivals, exclusive products, and other relevant information to enhance sales performance through effective training.
  • Recognizing the importance of taking ownership of tasks that may extend beyond standard role expectations, identifying opportunities to enhance business operations, customer service, and retail excellence.
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols as well as security measures, actively contributing to the prevention of inventory loss.
  • Adapting to the daily challenges that may arise. This is a versatile role, requiring you to assist in various departments while bringing your commitment to service excellence and teamwork.
  • Cultivating and expanding your own customer base. Utilizing your exceptional service abilities to foster customer relationships, which you will maintain through your distinctive personal touch.

About You:

  • Data-driven. You will be assigned targets related to sales, customer relationship management, and net promoter scores, among others. Even if you have limited direct experience with this data, you will possess the curiosity and eagerness to learn more.
  • Excellent communicator. With a passion for our products, this combination will enable you to deliver engaging brand training to your colleagues.
  • Well-informed. You will make it a priority to stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Recognized as a sales and service authority.
  • Team-oriented. Your brand partner or contact within our organization will depend on you to keep them updated on successes, challenges, or customer feedback.
  • Approachable. You will serve as a leader in your area and will be dedicated to your broader team, readily available for inquiries or coaching support.
  • A dedicated retailer. You will be responsible for restocking merchandise, upholding the standards of the establishment, and motivating others to do the same.
  • A representation of our values, a trusted and esteemed colleague.
