Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our team at All About Food, a top player in the FMCG industry. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and performance by generating valuable insights and developing strategic category relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Performance Improvement: Enhance overall business performance by generating valuable insights to drive informed decisions.
  • Strategic Category Management: Challenge existing assumptions to boost performance by consistently sharing insights and utilizing them to shape reactive and proactive strategies related to range, cuisine, and categories.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage strategic category relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Assist the Brand Team in developing Retail Brand Strategy and Annual Operational Plans through NPD ideation.
  • New Business Evaluation: Evaluate new brands in alignment with business strategy under the guidance of the Category Director.
  • Business Planning: Support Brand and Sales teams in annual budgeting and business planning in collaboration with Finance Business Partners.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing processes and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively engage in the Category team and contribute to the broader organizational goals.
  • Professional Development: Continuously enhance skills, knowledge, and experience to meet short and long-term objectives, driving operational excellence.
