We are seeking passionate and experienced tutors and teachers to join our team in Northampton. As a leading education recruitment agency, Teaching Personnel works with a variety of clients, including Local Authority Schools and independent provisions, to provide high-quality education services to vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective 1:1 lessons to students with a range of needs, including SEN, SEMH, anxiety, Autism, and ADHD.
  • Work with foster carers and residential home staff to provide support and guidance.
  • Provide detailed and extensive feedback to students, outlining strengths and areas for development.
  • Manage challenging behavior and engage disaffected pupils to encourage participation in education.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and training in education or a related field.
  • Experience working with vulnerable young people, particularly those with SEN.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
