Role Overview
In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for orchestrating and managing lead generation initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition from campaign inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include crafting campaigns, developing assets, and overseeing project timelines. By collaborating with delivery partners, you will ensure effective campaign pacing, manage quality assurance, facilitate lead transfers, and provide comprehensive reporting for both internal stakeholders and clients.
You will uphold stringent quality standards for all leads, adhering to the agreed client specifications. Close collaboration with our Client Success team and external partners will be essential. Additionally, you will manage the technical components of executing content syndication campaigns, ensuring compliance with relevant privacy regulations, and striving to enhance syndication methodologies.
This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility in your work environment.
As a Campaign Operations Manager at Next 15, you will:
- Assume complete ownership of designated campaigns, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their comprehensive workflow.
- Engage proactively with delivery teams for updates and support, collaborate with client success teams on campaign advancements, and cultivate strong relationships with partners to ensure clarity on each campaign's unique requirements.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, promptly escalate any issues, and work alongside team members to develop swift resolutions. Utilize insights to refine processes and create mitigation strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop campaign assets, ensuring they are uploaded to the Campaign Management Platform (CMP) in accordance with established workflows. Work closely with client services teams to source appropriate assets and secure timely approvals for campaign launches.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all Quality Assurance (QA) tasks, taking full responsibility for the accurate review of leads and campaigns.
- Gain proficiency in operational practices and technology platforms to support client delivery. Adhere to these practices and leverage technology to facilitate efficient campaign execution. Propose innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of the delivery team.
You will bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering content syndication or lead generation campaigns.
- Experience within a multi-service marketing agency environment.
- A solid understanding of effective operational delivery.
- Experience in a QA role or responsibility.
- Insight into the demand generation industry, market dynamics, and client requirements.
- Familiarity with the Convertr lead platform or similar lead management systems.
