Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the household's day-to-day operations, including diary and travel management, household administration, and staff supervision.
- Coordinate household logistics, including property management, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist with family administration, including school and family diaries, appointments, and reservations.
- Manage household staff, including scheduling, holidays, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee household supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
- Coordinate household services, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance.
- Provide personal shopping and errand running services as required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a private household.
- Experience working with high-profile families or HNW individuals.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
