Countermeasure Development Engineer

Join our Electronic Warfare Support Group (EWOS) as a Countermeasure Development Engineer and contribute to the development of cutting-edge countermeasure solutions for our customers.

We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead our in-house countermeasure simulation software tool, CounterWorX, and work closely with our software development team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our products.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from requirements gathering to delivery, and collaborate with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of countermeasure models and simulations using MATLAB, Python, and Simulink
  • Collaborating with the software development team to ensure smooth integration and delivery of our products
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
  • Assisting with technical bid writing and estimation
  • Demonstrating software products to potential customers
