Job Title: Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist

My client, a luxury retailer, is seeking a skilled Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support retail and junior head office recruitment efforts
  • Work closely with the wider team to develop and implement the overall recruitment and sourcing strategy
  • Manage and coordinate all recruitment processes, including screening of candidates, booking interviews, referencing, and delivering offers
  • Promote internal mobility in line with Group policy by ensuring all positions are posted internally first
  • Sourcing and headhunting candidates directly using various online avenues
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates to HRD and senior management
  • Liaise with the HR team and payroll for all new starter information and onboarding programmes
  • Manage bulk hiring projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing recruitment processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
