Intertek Food Services is seeking a dedicated Sample Collection and Delivery Specialist to join our team in the Peterborough area. This role involves driving a refrigerated van, efficiently collecting samples from customer sites according to pre-determined routes and schedules. Your responsibilities will also include delivering these samples to Intertek labs or other designated locations.

Your Role: A Vital Link in Our Food Safety Chain

As a Sample Collection and Delivery Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food safety testing processes. You will be responsible for:

  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Completing accurate documentation when collecting samples from customers and delivering them to labs.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to temperature protocols and promptly reporting any deviations.
  • Conducting thorough vehicle checks and immediately reporting any defects.
  • Operating company vans safely, legally, economically, and courteously.
  • Utilizing in-cab technology as required.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact at customer sites, building strong relationships with our valued clients.
