We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Technician to join our team at SGS. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing samples collected through our designated courier service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log samples into our booking in system, adhering to customer and company objectives.
  • Prioritize sample processing to maintain time sensitivity of products.
  • Inform senior staff of any difficulties impacting KPIs, ensuring remedial action is taken and customer expectations are managed.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and general computer practice.
  • High focus on precision and accuracy.
  • GCSE grade A to C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Full driving license.
