About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Data Analytics Lab Trainer to join our team at Ekascloud. As a Data Analytics Lab Trainer, you will play a crucial role in providing practical training and mentorship to individuals interested in mastering the art of data analysis and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive lab exercises and projects to reinforce data analytics concepts and techniques using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Create and maintain lab environments, ensuring that all necessary software, datasets, and resources are readily available for participants to use during training sessions.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to integrate lab exercises seamlessly into training programs, aligning with learning objectives and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in data analytics tools and technologies, incorporating new features and functionalities into lab exercises.
- Evaluate participants' performance and progress through lab assessments, projects, and practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Assist in marketing and promoting lab-based training offerings, including creating promotional materials and participating in outreach activities to attract new participants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a similar role, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and manipulation.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel (including advanced functions and formulas), SQL (for data querying and manipulation), and Python (for data analysis and scripting).
- Experience designing and delivering hands-on training sessions or lab-based workshops, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Passion for teaching and mentorship, with a genuine desire to help others succeed in their data analytics journey.
