**Job Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a Sales Progressor Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Progressor Assistant, you will work closely with our Senior Sales Negotiator to manage our portfolio of properties across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing sales packs across units under our block management
- Compiling management packs for all sales within the portfolio, including LPE1 forms, and other key information like service charge statements and insurances
- Assisting in the progress of internal sales through to completion in a timely manner
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sales Progressor Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Sending out memos and arranging access calls
- Dealing with surveys and negotiations
- Helping clients fill out paperwork
- Speaking to solicitors
- Compiling management packs and other key information
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent IT skills, including advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong proficiency in English for drafting letters and contracts
