About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at Regenda Group. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for supporting vendors and purchasers throughout the property sales process, from offer stage to completion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client expectations and working to deadlines
  • Updating our internal CRM systems and communicating with all parties involved via telephone and email
  • Working alongside our Leasehold and Homeownership coordinator to support with lease extensions and Shared Ownership staircasing transactions
  • Preparing legal documents for use during transactions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior estate agency or sales progression experience
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end estate agency sales process
  • Prior experience/knowledge of conveyancing or interacting with conveyancers would be advantageous
