We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team at the Whitmore Tap, our vibrant taproom in the heart of Bristol. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to work with our executive chef and head chefs to develop and execute seasonal menus that wow our customers.

As a Sous Chef at Butcombe Brewery, you will enjoy a competitive salary, plus an equal share of great tips. You will also have access to industry-leading training and development, including our bespoke 'Pillars of Progression' programme, which will help you achieve your culinary goals.

Our team is built on a collaborative approach to menu development, giving you autonomy over specials and events in your business. You will work with some of the best locally sourced produce and ingredients, and we will provide you with the tools you need to do a great job.

Butcombe Brewery is a business that cares about its people. We are ambassadors for the Burnt Chef Project, fighting the stigma of mental health and working with them to train and support our teams. We also offer an Employee Assistance Program that is there 24/7 to provide you with support.
