Position Overview

Role Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the cleaning operations of refrigeration units while adhering to company standards and protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Upholding the company's reputation by consistently demonstrating professionalism and fostering positive relationships with both team members and clients.
  • Executing scheduled cleaning tasks for refrigeration systems efficiently.
  • Coordinating with the Supervisor to guarantee timely completion of cleaning assignments according to specified requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to applicable health and safety standards, as well as CBES HSE management systems, and promoting safe work practices among all staff on site.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the company vehicle (if provided) as necessary.
  • Following any other reasonable directives from management.

Performance Metrics:

  • Completion of tasks in alignment with established specifications and within designated timeframes.
  • Achieving and sustaining 100% compliance with health and safety regulations and job-related competencies.
  • Care and maintenance of the company vehicle (if applicable).
