Workshop Technician - Husqvarna Robotics

Role Overview: The Workshop Technician will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of Husqvarna's advanced robotic lawnmowers within a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance and servicing of Husqvarna's professional-grade robotic lawnmowers.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to the service dealer network via telephone.
  • Address general technical inquiries regarding Husqvarna's diverse machinery lineup.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment returned to the workshop for service.
  • Create and develop technical support documentation for product training initiatives.
  • Communicate any technical challenges to the Sales Teams or relevant categories.
  • Assist in the installation processes of robotic lawnmowers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Strong proficiency in the repair and servicing of small electrical devices.
  • Ability to articulate technical issues clearly to clients and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Preferred qualifications in Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, alongside proficiency in PC applications.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • A clean driving license and passport are necessary for potential travel requirements.
