Part Time Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and trustworthy Office Administrator to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling and Organisation: Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as client meetings and job start dates.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.
  • Documentation and Filing: Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and documentation, and manage filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or office setting is essential.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Clerical Skills: Excellent clerical skills, including typing, data entry, and attention to detail.

We are looking for a personal and professional individual who is eager to work in a small and friendly team. Experience with accountancy software (e.g. Quickbooks, Xero) is desirable but not essential.
