Job Title: Corporate Account Executive / Commercial Manager

Location: Southampton (Park Gate)

Salary: Negotiable

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Account Executive / Commercial Manager to join our successful regional team based in Southampton (Park Gate). This role will require your expertise as a Senior/Corporate Account Executive, supporting and managing your team to achieve renewal and new business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and deliver against agreed Renewal Retention and/or New Business targets, contributing to the team's overall budget objectives and KPIs
  • Complete all roles and tasks as required, ensuring adherence to Higos procedures and policies
  • Create a customer-led culture, delivering sales and customer standards, discipline, activities, and best practice
  • Manage and prioritize your diaries/tasks, keeping them up to date
  • Audit your staff monthly and provide feedback, conducting Annual and Mid-Year reviews with team members
  • Manage staffing levels, including recruitment
  • Complete necessary training and actions set in your plan
  • Ensure all training is completed to deadline, logging it on your Continuous Professional Development Plan (CPD)
