Job Title: Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective planning strategies to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast product demand and identify opportunities for inventory optimization.
  • Monitor market trends and assess their impact on supply chain activities to inform strategic planning decisions.
  • Lead and manage a team of planning professionals to promote a positive work environment and drive business results.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
