Role Overview

The Installation Specialist plays a crucial part in our customer-facing team, working closely with customers to deliver exceptional service and support. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting customer premises, from care homes to corporate clients, to install and maintain our equipment.

Service Delivery

• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage on-site customer queries in a fair and courteous manner
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, even in challenging situations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve set tasks and goals

Health and Safety

• Prioritize personal safety and the safety of colleagues and customers, adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures
• Identify and report potential risks, following established procedures
• Attend regular health and safety training and briefings

Requirements

• Skilled in installing and maintaining laundry and catering equipment
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing work
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in a field-based role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Full driving license
• Recognized qualification in a Gas Safe environment
• Recognized qualification in Electrical installation
