Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of monthly management accounts with variance analysis and financial reporting
  • Balance sheet and reconciliation management
  • VAT returns and tax compliance
  • Analysis of our financial performance and market trends
  • Treasury management and foreign exchange risk management
  • Management of our company's cash flow and working capital
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting, including financial modeling and scenario planning
  • Day-to-day management and development of our finance team, including coaching and mentoring
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our sales and purchase ledgers

Requirements:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent accounting qualification
  • Experience in financial management and leadership, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
