Job Title: Management Accountant

Babcock International Group is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our team in Rosyth. As a key member of our LGE Finance team, you will play a vital role in providing financial support to our business, enabling us to make informed decisions and drive growth.

The Role

As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of monthly management accounts for the LGE group of companies
  • Providing key financial insights to inform business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and reports
  • Collaborating with the LGE Finance team and Marine Finance team to achieve business objectives
  • Supporting the growth agenda of the Marine Engineering & Systems business through financial planning and analysis

Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong accounting and financial planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
