Position Overview
We are looking for a Lead Proposal Coordinator to enhance our vibrant work-winning team based in Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with the capability to significantly contribute to our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of the proposal process
  • Develop persuasive proposal submissions that highlight Ridge's capabilities
  • Conduct research and compile information from various stakeholders
  • Ensure the proposal team adheres to timelines and produces compliant submissions
  • Edit and review proposal documents for excellence and creativity
  • Work collaboratively with the team to uphold high standards of proposal quality
  • Enhance the quality of written submissions
  • Prepare presentations and statements for clients

Required Experience and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in managing proposal submissions within a professional services context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with proposal management portals

Preferred Qualifications

  • APMP Certification is advantageous
