Revenue Enablement Manager

Join a global B2B information services firm as a Revenue Enablement Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving commercial success. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring CRM data accuracy, providing business intelligence to the C-Suite, and driving best practice sales and operational processes across the team.
About the Role- Ensure all orders are processed accurately in Salesforce and validate and maintain the master data accuracy of both billing and deal information.
- Manage the customer billing contact relationship management process to ensure all billing information is proactively captured accurately and customers have a seamless buying experience.
- Become a subject matter expert for the brands' Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process, providing insight and support to L2C upstream and downstream processes.
- 5+ years of experience within B2B market intelligence or SaaS industries.
- Advanced Salesforce User – Cases; Dashboards, Order processing.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to turn data into insights and actions.
