Job Title: Field Service Technician

Finning International is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, diagnosing and repairing complex equipment issues, and ensuring that our customers' operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers, including diagnosing and repairing equipment issues
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained or formally trained engineer with experience in heavy equipment repair
  • Knowledge of field-based diagnosis tools and equipment
  • Heavy Earth Moving equipment operating knowledge
  • LDV driving license
