**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at our Rickmansworth office. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, negotiating sales, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Negotiate sales and rentals, using your knowledge of the local market and your negotiation skills
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the growth and development of the business, identifying new opportunities and implementing effective strategies
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in sales or estate agency, with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the local market and a deep understanding of the sales process
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
