Job Description:

Our client, a leading global manufacturing organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their established HR team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Head of Human Resources to deliver a range of HR services, including:

  • HR Reporting: Provide accurate and timely HR data and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Talent Management: Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • HR Health and Safety: Collaborate with the HR team to implement and maintain HR health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist managers in the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best candidates are appointed.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support and guidance to employees and management on employee relations matters, including absence management and performance management.
  • Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including quality checking and reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR Generalist Advisor role.
  • Experience working in a large corporate international manufacturing company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collate and analyse high volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as HR software systems.
