Job Title: Interim Senior HR Business Partner

This is a unique opportunity to join Eton Bridge Partners Ltd as an Interim Senior HR Business Partner. The role will require a regular fortnightly attendance on site in the Frankfurt office, and candidates must have business fluency/be bilingual in German and English.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to report to the Head of HR and take on a c.12-14 month maternity leave cover. The successful candidate will act as a key member of the HR function, partnering senior Heads of Funds and other senior functional executives on a global basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a true generalist, providing HR counsel and critical business partnering for the business, as well as delivering cyclical activities with excellence.
  • Take on a strong deputy and counsel role for the Head of HR.
  • Take responsibility for the development and growth of two direct reports in the HR function.
Requirements

The business requires a strong, recent track record of operating in complex, fast-paced, international financial services or private equity investment businesses. The ideal candidate will have deep generalist HR capabilities at HR Business Partner level, and demonstrable experience of having partnered senior executives across a range of functions.

  • Must have excellent skills in developing and mentoring junior HR team colleagues.
  • Must have direct experience of managing German client bases.
  • Must be business fluent in German and English.
Remuneration

The remuneration package includes a base salary of £130-140k, plus bonuses and benefits.
