**Job Summary**

The **Regional Sales Manager** for Recruitics is responsible for driving sales growth, forecast accuracy, and margin achievement across our instrument and consumable portfolio. This role is part of our Sales unit located in the UK and will be fully remote.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet performance targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a remote multinational sales team to achieve targets and advance their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce complex IT and workflow-changing solutions to healthcare and life science customers.
  • Establish standards of performance for direct reports and set expectations on completion of responsibilities and duties.
  • Track progress effectively using DBS tools and provide regular feedback to the team.

**Requirements**

  • Previous people management experience with strong management skills to develop a remote multinational team and achieve targets.
  • Demonstrated competency in developing and driving sales strategy across diverse markets in the UK & Ireland.
  • Proven track record of sustained understanding and knowledge of the healthcare sector and introducing complex solutions to customers.
