About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualised support to a young person with profound multiple learning disabilities, complex health needs, and a visual impairment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and person-centred support to the young person during waking night hours
  • Assist with medication administration, eating, drinking, personal care, and health needs
  • Support the young person to be positioned well throughout the night and complete regular checks
  • Respond to the wellbeing of the young person and complete health and safety checks

Requirements:

  • Commitment to making a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities
  • Passion for empowering individuals to improve their quality of life
  • Calm, resourceful, and energetic approach to supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
